• At this time, Hassayampa Surplus ships merchandise to locations in the United States, Canada, Ireland, Great Britian, New Zealand, and Australia. International customers contact us by email for instructions, we invoice international through the Paypal system and ship via USPS to foreign postal services. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier. Orders usually ship within 24 hours on business days. We offer UPS and USPS shipping options. ALL shipping costs are based on weight including appropriate packaging and to location as per current published rates by our carriers. Tracking numbers are emailed to the customer upon delivery to said carrier. Hassayampa Military Surplus is not responsible for and does not collect importation taxes or duty fees on foreign orders. These fees are the sole responsibility of the purchaser or importer and between themselves and the governing entity in their destination country.

• Return Policy

• Returns will NOT be accepted after 15 days of purchase date unless approved. ALL RETURNS MUST HAVE PRIOR AUTHORIZATION AND A RETURN GOODS AUTHORIZATION NUMBER, NO EXCEPTIONS. Returns recieved WITHOUT an RGA (return goods authorization) number are at the risk and expense of the sender and will NOT be accepted. All exchange goods as purchased by customer must be return freight pre-paid before exchange items ship unless other arrangements have been authorized. Non U.S. order returns will not have return shipping expenses refunded or any original charges paid by Hassayampa Military Surplus to send the items out of the U.S. unless expressly approved by Hassayampa Military Surplus prior to returning said item(s). Items refused by purchaser and returned by carrier are not obligated for refund credit or return shipping expenses if any. All returns are subject to a 15% inventory restock charge
